The Astros ended the Yankees 15 game home win streak behind a vintage Justin Verlander start, winning 3-1.
Verlander threw 7 innings allowing only 4 hits, a walk, and an earned run. Verlander did only strikeout 3 hitters but was dominant throughout his entire outing.
